KKR — Pathirana still out: Matheesha Pathirana is recovering from a T20 World Cup injury and is not expected to feature in early matches. His absence is a major blow to KKR's pace attack. Blessing Muzarabani, the tall Zimbabwean, is likely to lead the pace attack alongside Vaibhav Arora. Spencer Johnson may also be in contention.
SRH — Cummins racing to be fit: Pat Cummins missed the RCB match and is yet to confirm his availability for this game. If Cummins plays it transforms SRH's bowling entirely. Ishan Kishan will captain SRH as stand-in skipper and the team will rely on Harshal Patel, Jaydev Unadkat and Eshan Malinga in the bowling attack.
KKR — Andre Russell watch: Russell is not confirmed in the XI. If he plays, he gives KKR massive death-over hitting power. His inclusion or exclusion significantly changes the batting lineup structure.
